This is a (substantial) variation of SubTech's Albacore kit.  She was lost with all hands on her maiden voyage, presumably to flooding of the WTC.  She was recovered when the City of Aurora drained the pond for maintenance.  Note that there are ugh, windows port and starboard.  The WTC also had windows to provide for lighting to be visible through the window.
