Salvage Boat Plan

Name: DK Salvage.

Purpose: Rescue/retrieval of non-functioning RC boat models.

Plans: General: 3/8"=1", Details: 1"=1".

Construction: Uses commonly available, inexpensive materials: foam, balsa & basswood sheet, plywood, PVC lawn sprinkler parts. Building is straightforward, but some skill is required to build "Power Pod" propulsion unit.

Comments: DK Salvage has proven itself numerous times in the retrieval of stranded RC boats. It is lightweight, highly maneuverable, disassembles into 3 parts for ease of transport and requires only a 2 channel radio. Current model measures 20" wide X 42" long but plan can be enlarged/reduced to suit the size of models in your fleet.

Dock Plan

Name: FLOATING/MODULAR SCALE DOCK

Purpose: Well, it's a dock. I guess anyone with a boat knows what a dock is for.

Plans: General; 3/8"=1", Details; 1"=1".

Construction: Uses commonly available materials. ABS plastic pipe and fittings, wood strip and dowels, rubber and foam weather-stripping. 

Comments: A detailed 1 sheet plan for a realistic looking floating dock that disassembles for transport. Original measures approximately  50"X50", but plan is easily enlarged/reduced to suit your particular needs. Also includes details for variations on basic "T" shape and linking multiple docks together. Can be used in ponds/lakes with solid edges/bottoms or dirt/sand shores.
